How It Works
Dresses, Abayas & Gowns:
Studio Shoot (Recommended): Professionally shot on mannequin, AI-enhanced.
Self-Shoot: Follow strict instructions (front & back, plain background, natural lighting).
Photographer On-Site: Premium option available.
Jewelry:
Kuwait clients → send to studio for professional AI processing.
Outside Kuwait → self-shoot allowed under strict guidelines.
Perfumes, Shoes, Bags & Accessories:
- Send to studio or shoot 3 angles yourself.
Photographer Option:
- Available for any category at extra cost.
Delivery & Pricing
Turnaround: 5–20 days depending on order volume.
Large orders → timeline discussed individually.
Urgent delivery available at extra fee.
Pricing Factors: Model type, shooting method, number of angles, output format.
A full quote is provided after reviewing your form and sample photos.
Revisions & Approvals
Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions (mood, concept, color, lighting, minor fixes).
Major changes or reshoots may incur extra cost.
You approve concept previews before final production. New clients may receive a complimentary mockup (watermarked).
Self-Shoot & Shipping Guidelines
Self-Shoot Rules:
Use natural lighting and plain background (white recommended).
Avoid shadows, filters, reflections; keep camera steady.
Dresses: Front & back only, on mannequin/model, wrinkle-free.
Perfume/Shoes/Accessories: Minimum 3 angles, clean and centered.
Jewelry: Kuwait clients must send to studio; outside Kuwait, follow strict guidelines.
Shipping Instructions:
Pack securely, include form confirmation, share tracking number.
Insurance recommended for valuable items.
